Selank/Semax

Go nasal. Both Semax and Selank were built and registered in Russia as intranasal drugs, not as injections.

I like them and think they are pretty avg on their own. Together in a blend or just take together is the best way to go. I literally just finished a round on a blend of these two. However if I had a clear choice I'd upgrade to Adamax / Adalank. They are considerably more expensive, but I think they are superior products. I would say try Semax / Selank first and see how you get on. Then take a few weeks off and try the Adamax / Adalank side. This will give you the best perspective and Selank / Semas and pretty cheap to run even as a short term N=1.

If a peptide can be used either way, I’d consider trying both. Some researchers definitely have a preference. Personally, Semax and Selank work well for me whether I use them intranasally or by injection, so I keep both around depending on convenience. DSIP is the exception for me—that one seems to have found its sweet spot as a subQ.

One thing I learned from Adamax is not to judge a nasal peptide from one spray or two days of use. I started with one spray and honestly wasn’t sure it did anything. Once I moved up, the difference was pretty obvious.

I’d start with Semax and Selank before spending Adamax money. Just make sure you know the concentration and how much the sprayer puts out or the number of sprays doesn’t mean much.
