Selank has some data on stress-related cortisol, but then there is also Adalank which is basically just a stabilized version of Selank.
Neither of these is a direct cortisol suppressor. Any effect would be indirect — mostly by dialing down the upstream stress/anxiety signaling that kicks off HPA activation. Selank is the one with actual supporting data. There are rodent restraint and social stress studies showing lower stress-induced corticosterone and less stress pathology. On the human side it’s mostly the anxiolytic trials (anxiety reduction comparable to a benzo without the sedation/dependence).
Adalank is basically Selank with the usual terminal modifications (N-acetyl + C-amide) to improve stability, half-life, and bioavailability. In theory that could give more sustained effects and let you dose less often, but it has zero studies. So try both and see what works best. I've tried Adamax and Semax which has the same modification story and I think Adamax blows Semax out of the water for effectiveness.
