Reta back to Tirz

Similar thing happened to me, but I stuck with it for five months. I stopped Reta, took five weeks off, then restarted Tirz at 2.5 mg. Immediately had no desire to eat. That was my experience, though.

Tirz worked better for appetite suppression for me. Reta has been better for maintenance in my case, but people seem to respond pretty differently.

I've never tried tirzepatide., but in my world view Retatrutide is the king. I'm also going to play devils advocate and say that some food noise is not a bad thing because most of the time people under eat on GLPs and that is a very bad thing. You don't want lean muscle loss, let alone bone density loss.

Coming off reta, tirz brings nothing your receptors haven't already seen, since reta was hitting GLP-1 and GIP the whole time plus glucagon. That means you don't need the full beginner ramp the way a tirz user moving to reta does. Still, matched doses don't feel identical between compounds, so run 2.5 for two weeks as a bridge, then settle at 5 if hunger tells you to. Appetite is the gauge for maintenance, not the calendar.
