Prostamax is the peptide people usually bring up, but I haven’t found a human trial showing it shrinks the prostate. Beta-sitosterol has better human data for symptoms and urine flow, though the trial didn’t find a meaningful reduction in prostate size. Lycopene is more mixed: one small BPH trial looked promising, but a later review couldn’t establish that it prevents or treats BPH.
Peptides for prostate enlargement
Are there any peptides that have been known to shrink the prostate? At 55, I’ve noticed my stream is weaker, and when I gotta go, I’d better find a bathroom really quick.
