This is some good stuff. I'm familiar with SLU-PP-332, but not the 915 version. And yeah, MOTS-c is a love hate relationship.
Some of you know I love MOTS-c. The problem is that MOTS-c doesn't love me. I was dosing about 3x a week and starting from 500mcg I got up to 1.5mcg. The initial pins gave me a nice bee sting and a little raindrop sized welt with some minor redness around the area. Not really a big deal. Then once I got to 1.5mg I'd get big welts under the skin and some itching. I decided to move away from ab pins and go to the glute. The first two pins went okay and then the big welts returned. I went back down to 1mg which helped, but just gave me smaller welts under the skin. I then tried the hip / thigh and got the same itchy welts. This is when I gave up. I really like MOTS-c too and just had this strange invincibility feeling. During soccer games it gave me this confidence that I could just run my opponent into the ground. I'm sure some of that was placebo, but either way I was digging the results.
I quit you MOTS-c. Made it through 2 x 10mg vials and quit maybe halfway through my 3rd vial which was 40mg. I even tried diluting it further and that changed nothing. I tried BAC water and BAC sodium chloride. No difference in either. I even tried generic Zyrtec 60min before which helped at first, and then seemed to not help at all. Sad panda....
How am I going to try and replace MOTS-c? I'm glad I asked. Best combo I was able to come up with via research is the following stack:
SLU-PP-915: Not a peptide. Hits ERRα/β/γ — the nuclear receptors that run the aerobic-exercise gene program with PGC-1α (fat oxidation, mito genes, Ddit4). SLU-PP-332 was the IP tool that wasn’t orally bioavailable; 915 was built to fix that. Mouse data: better run-to-exhaustion; heart-failure models looked better on EF/fibrosis. Zero human trials. I’m treating this as a short cycle, not a forever daily.
O-304 (ATX-304): Small molecule (not a peptide). It activates AMPK without tanking ATP the way metformin does, and it also gives mitochondria a mild boost. In a human study with obese/prediabetic people it raised resting metabolic rate about 8%, lowered liver fat, visceral fat, and triglycerides, and raised adiponectin. Closest oral thing I’ve found to the metabolic side of MOTS-c.
PQQ 20–40 mg/day: Pyrroloquinoline quinone. Helps your body make more mitochondria (different pathway from ATX or SLU). Most human studies used 10–20 mg and saw benefits for cognition, sleep, and inflammation. I’m running a 40 mg cap right now and may drop to every other day. Complements the other two instead of overlapping with them.
I'm staggering this stack at first just because I don't like introducing all 3 at once. I started with SLU-PP-915 for about 4 days and then today I just introduced ATX-304. I took them about 60min before the gym and I felt really good. Strong with good muscle endurance during weight training. I'm also on Creatine, so worth noting. Tomorrow my PQQ arrives, but I think I'll wait a few days before introducing it. So that's the entire plan and I'll keep this thread updated. Feel free to chime in, ask questions, etc, etc.

Are all of 3 of these pills or capsules?

All 3 are capsules. The PQQ I got from Amazon while the other two you'll have to find at peptide vendors.
I'm not too far along in this, but so far I think stacking these 3 is on the right track. I'll be hitting the gym again today, but there is a catch. I had a long day of travel yesterday and I'm feeling a bit warn down and I'm in a time zone that is two hours behind my normal living situation. Will the supplements help or be ineffective? We're gonna find out in a few hours.
Just got home from the gym, but trying to get out of the house was rough. I was lagging big time. Once I got there and hit my warmup, I was ready to roll and felt strong the entire hour I was there. If I didn't know any better, it was like being on MOTS-c again. I could have just kept going. So far this stack is an absolute win, just not for the pocket book because all 3 supps combined is like 4x a MOTS-c 10mg vial. It's only money, right? Right?!
The amount of comments I see on the internet from MOTS-c ISRs is astonishing. I get welts too, but not the itch part people complain about. Your new stack sounds like a plan, but that price tag is going to be a lot for people to swallow, including myself.
I'm going to try just the PQQ capsules since that is in my price range. ATX-304 looks very interesting and I'll have to keep and eye out for sales because otherwise it doesn't really fit my limited budget.
Up early today as I'm in Arizona and want to do a hike before it gets too hot. This will be the first time I'm using this stack for a cardio workout .Lets see how it goes....
Strong like bull today on that hike. I'm loving this MOTS-c alternative. Going to make this a regular thing that I cycle 3-4 times a year. Highly recommend if you can afford it. Just buy when there are sales.
Back in Dallas now. Yesterday I had a chest day and once again felt great and ready to make it a double. Did not want to stop training. So far I am absolutely loving this stack.
Skipped today's dosing since it was a travel day. Tomorrow I'll get back on the horse and do some weight training (back day) along with some incline zone 2.
I have no noticed any weight changes. In fact I have gained a few pounds. I was hoping the O-304 would replace some of what I lose with cycling off Reta, but haven't noticed a think. MOTS-c was also ready good for body composition. Obviously more time is needed, just providing my early thoughts.
Your thread influenced me and I bought some SLU-PP-915 from Peptide Supply. I've got the PQQ already, so excited to follow in your footsteps. I'm passing on the ATX-304 for now because money is always a sensitive topic for me. Plus I'm already on Reta for weight loss.
Make sure you are dosing about an hour before your workouts. That is what seems to work best for me. I'm also on creatine, fyi.
Forgot...we wrote an article about ATX-304 if anyone wants to read a bit deeper into it.
Still going strong on this stack and I really like it. Even when I don't feel like working out, if I can just get to the gym it is game on. I have no shortage of energy and the lack of fatigue to keep going is exactly how I felt when doing just MOTS-c. While this replacement stack may not be 100% the same, the effects I get at least for me are the same. Plus no pinning, no ISRs, or potential serious reactions. While the stack on the surface is significantly more expensive, the pills last around 2 months. I'm going to do this stack 2-3 times a year.
