KLOW protocol?

Started by Lab Rat

I just got a bottle of KLOW from one of the approved vendors on this site. However, there is nothing for KLOW in the peptide library unless I'm just blind. What are you all using for the dosing protocol?

I'm assuming this is the common 80mg blend? I'm about to start my own cycle of this, so your question is perfectly timed. I'll also add a page to the peptide library for KLOW in the coming days since this is such a popular blend.

Standard composition of an 80 mg vial is:

GHK-Cu — 50 mg

BPC-157 — 10 mg

TB-500 — 10 mg

KPV — 10 mg

Practical approach:

Add 3mL bacteriostatic water to the 80 mg vial. If you want more diluent you'll likely have to move the contents to a larger vial.

Dose once daily or 5 days on / 2 days off.

10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe would give you the following:

GHK-Cu ≈ 1.67 mg

BPC-157 ≈ 0.33 mg

TB-500 ≈ 0.33 mg

KPV ≈ 0.33 mg

Common frequency progression if you want to use it: Weeks 1–4: daily

Weeks 5–8: 5× per week

Maintenance: 2–3× per week

Cycle: 4-6 weeks, can extend to 8 weeks. I do NOT like it long term. Use for an injury and stop it to error on the safe side.

Lower starting options (500 mcg–1 mg total blend) are used by people who want to assess tolerance first.

I'm personally going to start with low doses (probably 2mg) and then work up to a 4mg total dose:

GHK-Cu: 2.5 mg

BPC-157: 0.5 mg

TB-500: 0.5 mg

KPV: 0.5 mg

Wow, that's a more informed reply than I was expecting. Thank you!. I think I'm going to follow the 5 day on / 2 off plan and start low dosing as you suggested.

Just did my first pin of KLOW tonight and it was a bit stingy. Kind of uncomfortable to be honest. Must be from the GHK-Cu. I'm going to try the upper glute tomorrow as I saw that mentioned elsewhere.

Definitely pin that in the glute, not the abs. All the ones that sting like NAD, GHK-Cu are pins to the glute as it is the most tolerable injection site that I've found. This appears to be true for most people.

SO true - no problems whatsoever pinning in the glute, it’s a breeze compared to other injection sites.

Thanks for the advice everyone. You all rock! Went for the upper outer glute last night (per the injection site guide) and let me tell you, that made a YUUUUGE difference. Never pinning copper or KLOW in the abs ever again. Glute for me baby!

The KLOW peptide page is now live in the library: https://peptideprotocols.app/peptides/klow
