They don't make it into our vendor directory without a background check as we like to call it. If there are red flags in our initial lookup into their company, then we just flat out decline their listing request. We want to make sure they are not trying to scam the public first of all and secondly we look into their COAs and lastly do they have any community reputation at all. It can be difficult to decipher the latter in some cases. Officially we have different requirements for "verified" and "vetted", which is documented on the site. Your safest play is to pick any verified vendor and the best pick is one we've vetted. Vetted means we've actually purchased and tested their products. Verified more or less means they are legit, will accept your money and not rip you off. We don't deal with any dark gray vendors here.
