@NasalStack make you jittery?
@Frankie not at all
I'm like Lay's Potato Chips. I can't name just one. In order:Reta (still the king)
As a skin type 2, Melanotan-1 is awesome. Just expedites a natural looking tan as if I lived in Hawaii and it takes me all of 3-4 days. Cheap peptide too.
GHK-Cu. This has been covered to death, but it's really awesome. I use both subq and topical.
Adamax. This may not work for everyone, but since I work in a fast paced hair on fire environment, being able to have laser focus and intensity all day long is a game changer for me.
Epitalon. Fixes circadian rhythm immediately for those periods where I can't shut my brain off to actually fall asleep.
@NasalStack spary or injection?
Reta and Tesa. I dropped body fat and gained muscle. The only thing is, you’ve got to be weight training at the very least. It was a game changer.
@Trooper I’ve had similar results. Still struggling to get my body fat percentage lower though.
I don't have the peptide research under my belt like a lot of you, having only tried a few of them, but I can confidently say Reta is awesome. This stuff freaking works and works well. I'd say I'm speechless, but I'm a Boston guy and we massholes don't shut-up.
@Trooper any joint pain?
@Rico No, just a lot of deployment injuries.
@Trooper from the Tesamorelin I mean
MOTSc & Reta
@MitoMike what have you personally benefited from the motsc
@Rico When I started my main focus was insulin sensitivity from a lifetime of poor eating habits. I was #278 but lots of muscle. Started MOTSc with SS31 and Nad and lowered my A1C from 6.4 to 6.1 in 90 days and all of my other markers were lowered as well. I have since run a full mitochondrial repair protocol along with some others but I don’t get my bloodwork done until August. I can wlh longer and faster, have plenty of energy. This is of course in conjunction with a solid foundation focused on a modified Keto diet with intermittent fasting. ATP is everything and the better you can manage how you use it the better you feel. I’ve been off cycle but I’m back on this weekend. Can’t wait.
@MitoMike how long have you been on Reta. Did you start .5 going up?
Beginning of March and yes at .5mg. Still at 5mg today.
Epithalon. Sleep was amazing and continued after my cycle… so far
@Peppers how did you take it
@Frankie 1mg nightly x 10 days
Reta the most! Not feeling any different with tesa and only slightly better with motsc. Wolverine stack is helping the shoulder issues I have but slowly.
I’m running Reta for sure and bonus points for the Tesa/Ipa stack too! Down 40lbs and 4 waist sizes with minimal muscle loss!
@iReta how long did it take to get down 40 lbs with this stack
I've done quite a few and like to exclude the GLPs because we know those work and get all the attention. I don't think I have a favorite, but more like a handful that are good and love to rotate:
KPV
GHK-CU (I prefer it as the HALO blend that has KPV)
Thymosin Alpha-1
Vesugen (the best Khavinson bioregulator I've come across so far, but I ordered a few more rare ones from that Soma Chems fire sale).
Kisspeptin
@Izzy around 6 months
Reta.
TA1 when you get sick or travel a lot. It is incredible.
Reta Tesa and MotsC. My three favorites
Reta Mots NAD+ Tesa/Ipa
By far
Reta, mots, mt1, ghkcu
Reta, mots so far work best for me.
Reta and TRT changed my life forever off all of the crap my Dr had me on for 25 years
I’ve sung the praises already of a few fairly obvious favorites (Reta, MT-1, GHK-cu, etc.), but one that I really appreciate and will use again is the Adamax nasal. I’m usually managing multiple tasks at once at work, and I wanted a little extra help with focus heading into one of our busy seasons - I mean it’s no adderall or anything but I do feel like it’s made an actual difference in helping with focus during the work day.
I take two sprays in the morning Monday-Friday btw if anyone was curious.
