Alright, I’ve been bitchin’ and moanin’ about not getting to give my lab-rat Reta anymore because of the potential to negatively impact the birth control pill - it has been devastating. The food noise is generally intense for the poor bugger and every day is an uphill battle for it not to eat its weight in sodium and carbs. Reta worked like a charm for it, but seeing as that is not currently a viable option, I ordered some Cagri to research (from Crush, you can check out my review). It was reconned and dosed today, so I’m hoping to start reporting on the results soon! Starting 250mcg and will titrate up from there.

I'd be willing to bet most people don't know that the GLPs have a negative effect on birth control. If more knew, the amylin receptor peptides would get more clout me thinks.

Anyway, looking forward to your weekly reports.

Alright so I started on Sunday, and will be dosing on Sunday afternoons for the remainder - I’m posting this the Wednesday morning after my first dose and I gotta say the food noise reduction is in full swing. I haven’t been ravenous or constantly resisting the urge to snack, which you don’t really realize how constant that urge is until it’s gone. It’s been nice so far, will report back.
