August 2026 peptide vendor COA grades are live. Discuss!

Just saw your post on X. This type of in-depth grading deserves its flowers. That was an interesting read for someone who is just getting their feet wet with peptides. I learned a lot. Well done!

What I've learned through life is that if you can't manage the small details, then there are bigger problems you haven't seen yet. ILS could be totally legit and just overwhelmed, but thats not good enough for me. I'm done with ANY vendor still using them. That's just careless. I'm actually kinda pissed this is even happening.

I agree. I see some people online are upset, but seems like everyone else is either not paying attention or just like whatever, vendor deals! Yippee. Buy more. Users are soaking up Crush presales and kissing their feet still despite the fact the main owner is exiting any day now and basically their entire stock is ILS. I don't get it....

It's certainly possible these are just stupid careless mistakes while the testing maintains its integrity, although that might be more wishful thinking. Typically things end up not being as bad as they look and never as good as they seem. Time will tell and with some vendors writing them off we'll see if they get their shit together b/c no doubt their bottom line is going to feel some amount of pain.

Love how you've weighted your vendor ratings based on ILS testing, and thanks for the list posted on X. What is your stance on Kovera's testing as of late? Any improvements or should they be avoided?

Obviously we do a thorough examination of the vendors COAs and that makes up the majority of their grade (we have a 100 point rubric), but part of our grading is the lab they choose. All these labs (some 20+ of them) are graded just as hard and we pay zero attention to what vendors and labs claim on their website. We've found many a claim that is just blatantly false. In turn, our little 6 person team has learned a ton....been drinking from the firehose on this topic so to speak.

Yeah, Kovera should be met with some reservation as well. The math doesn't always math there and the owner constantly deflects any criticism vs addressing head on like a professional. It's not a good look. Doesn't mean they are not legit, but...

From a buyer perspective, a lot of these labs are a little too chummy with the vendors.

I find it interesting that some vendors are sort of half-ass trying to standup for ILS and other vendors are running saying they need to pull down any products from their site that was testing by ILS. It's like you started a civil war out there haaaaaaaa

ILS labs published a COA with a picture of a dog in place of a vial?!?! Seriously WTF. Not to mention the other stuff in your article. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this. The RUO side of things is already under so much scrutiny that it blows my mind this can even happen. I don't care if your testing methodologies are good, because you sure as fuck look incompetent. Ugh.

Rory on X (now former owner of Crush) needs to butt out of this topic. I see his hot take and it's just not a good look IMO. He's clearly defensive because all of his damn product is ILS tested and he doesn't want to hurt his baby or the new owner. I get it, but bro, you're so biased. Just go sit down.

I / we don't have a problem with Rory, but yes he's clearly biased. Him stating ILS testing is fine, blah blah blah isn't necessarily true and that statement specifically I have issues with. They have a conflicting report from a batch that was sent to two testing labs. Maybe the other testing lab got it wrong, but that seams like a reach at this point knowing what we know now.

This story is not over yet. We're going to keep digging keep testing. We've got some things planned in this area so stay with us, because it could get even more spicy.
