IGF-1 LR3 is potent stuff. You can reconstitute it with 0.6% acetic acid since IGF-1 is more stable in a slightly acidic solution. Bacteriostatic water also works fine for most people. You can also do 50/50 of both which is what I would likely do.
For dosing, start at 20–30 mcg daily and work up to 40–60 mcg. Post-workout is the most common timing. Run it 4–6 weeks on, then take at least 4 weeks off before running it again.
Two things to watch for. First, hypoglycemia is a real risk with IGF-1, so always have fast-acting carbs on hand and consider eating carbs about 15–30 minutes after your injection. Second, if you have any history of cancer, skip this one entirely. IGF-1 promotes cell growth and can accelerate tumor development.
