You've come to the right place. Adamax is one of my favs and I only use it in nasal form. Some people like subq, but nah, nasal all the way. Per our peptide library:
Intranasal Dosing
Dose: 200–600mcg daily
Start: 200–300mcg daily
Timing: Morning preferred
Frequency: Once daily; some users split dosing between morning and mid day.
Personally, I like it first thing in the morning right before work (1 puff gives roughly 200mcg) and then I like a second puff a few hours later or lunch time. If I'm having an intense day or I know the work calendar is jam packed, I'll dose 2 puffs in the morning and then one again in the afternoon for a total of 600mcg. I have not dosed higher than that. I have zero side effects to report. No headaches, nothing, nathan, nada. Just focus.
As for mixing, I've experimented a few ways, but I think I've settled on 50% BAC sodium chloride (it doesn't burn the nostrils) and 50% sterile saline. We have mixing instructions on the actual peptide page in the library.
